Do you know what regulated hazardous waste in California is? Do you handle or manage hazardous waste at your facility? Are you familiar with terminology like cradle-to-grave, RCRA Land Disposal Restrictions (LDRs) as well as universal hazardous waste? Do you know about California’s exemptions for particular hazardous waste streams like empty containers, used oil filters and electronic waste.
Do you or someone at your facility read and interpret RCRA or state regulations/laws, develop facility procedures, or trains other employees on hazardous waste management? If so, you need RCRA Hazardous Waste Management training. To comply with Federal and State Regulations, you must be able to identify, store and dispose of regulated hazardous waste properly.
ETAC offers a course which prepares industry professionals like yourself to comply with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), California’s Title 22 unique hazardous waste laws and California Health and Safety Code regulations. The training will benefit EH&S managers, supervisors, compliance officers, engineers, operators, waste handlers, or corporate attorneys who are responsible for hazardous waste compliance at the facility or corporate level in California. US EPA and DTSC require training within 6 months for new hazardous waste personnel. Refresher training is required annually (40 CFR 262.17 and 22 CCR 66262.34 and 66265.16). Join us at ETAC or we can come to your facility.
Please review ETAC’s website for the next available date of the course you need to attend. Feel free to reach out via e-mail to kristin@etac-online.com or call the office at 800-949-4473 for further details or questions.
